Restaurant Style

Method: Griddle or Stove Top
Ingredients:

4 eggs

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2/3 cup milk

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt
-
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix flour, milk and eggs using a whisk.
2. Add all other ingredients. Mix well.
3. Grease the pan or skillet using butter or olive oil.
4. Dip bread on both sides into the batter.
5. Cook on griddle or stove (medium heat), flipping as necessary.
6. Top with butter and maple syrup.
Notes:
Yields around 8-10 slices.
