NOTE: Ranks first because it is the only confirmed unbleached product in the category with the most comprehensive PFAS panel published (28 compounds), no formaldehyde, and zero bleaching chemistry of any kind.
NOTE: Manufacturing mill not named by name — bamboo species and southern China region are disclosed, which is more transparent than most brands, but does not fully satisfy the CI mill-disclosure standard. All bamboo toilet paper is currently manufactured in China, as that is where global bamboo pulp infrastructure exists — this is an industry-wide reality, not a brand-specific concern.
